I had my first appointment after seeing several other providers and finally found someone who understands my pain

Medical personnel were all great! The single Doctor office checkin staff was so so maybe a 2.5 out of 5.

I was very nervous going in,because I had never been before,but the staff,was great,,he was awesome,knew exactly what was wrong,but made sure by having x-rays done,after that he had a plan made out,what he wanted done..I really liked him,not to mention he is easy on the eyes.

I am very pleased with my care. I have been looking for a doctor to help me with my pain for a while, and Dr Neway has treated me very well and is a caring doctor. I am feeling so much better thanks to him helping me. Thank you!

Dr. Neway is not one of the doctors that want to act like they're your friend. You see that he is professional and is there to do a job right from the beginning. He made me feel as though he takes his job seriously which was to repair me to the best of his abilities. There was no small talk but he would take the time to answer any question you or your family had and didn't make you feel like the questions get annoying no matter how many you ask. I'm my opinion he did exactly what you should expect from him. He started by answering the questioning and then performing the procedure the best he can. I never got the chance to thank him so if you read this Dr. Neway thank you for your professionalism and making me feel safe in your hands.

I was in a car accident, and was referred to Dr. Neway. My first phone call, I was told to get the ER to fax over my x-rays and information from my visit before they would set up an appointment. I was on my medication, it did not click at first, but that is against HIPPA policy. When I called back, seemed like no one wanted to talk to me. Finally get a human being, I requested a manager, and I got a mailbox instead. Two days of this back and forth. One woman finally seemed to be helpful, set me all up. But then she calls me back to warn me what MY car insurance was going to pay - 80/20. But then tells me that the insurance may not pay - when I have already been on the phone multiple times with my insurance, and the opposing insurance. My medical from this accident was getting paid for. I called my insurance agent, and they never received contact from this doctor's office. So, it sounds a lot like they looking for more money. Probably would have told me the day of the… appointment that the insurance did not pay, have me pay, and then also call the insurance for money. The staff was horrible. Thanks for treating an injured Veteran this way.

I'm pain free for the 1st time in 10 yrs. Dr. Neway placed an internal pain pump for spine pain after multiple surgeries over the years and there aren't enough words to express the thanks and how amazing it feels to be able to enjoy life again. Pain isn't my 1st thought waking or going to sleep. Thank you to a wonderful surgeon and kind doctor.
