I’ve been seeing Dr. Kosman for some time now and I have to say that she has been my life saver …. My life was totally uprooted when my husband of 30 years decided to divorce me …. I needed her for talk therapy, as well as medication to get me thru this horrific time. She is always there for me, listens to me, helps me see clearly and makes herself available for appointments whenever I’m over on the west coast. I have moved to the east coast, therefore, scheduling appointments is not as easy as if I were living on the same coast, but Dr. Kosman always makes it work. Deep depression, anxiety, inability to sleep or eat were all addresses with talk and medication that Dr. Kosman oversees closely. I will never be able to thank her for helping me get thru this time in my life.

Dr. K saved my life! I usually do not leave reviews for physicians due to privacy concerns, but after reading some of the appalling reviews, I felt compelled to share my story. I started working with Dr. K about 7 year ago during a very dark time in my life. She pulled my out of a severe depression by changing and consolidating my meds to the bare minimum. However, she did not stop there. With her support and guidance, I started working on improving my life and saving my marriage and career. I stopping drinking, lost over 30lbs, got my migraines under control. My primary care physician was able to decrease some of my other meds. Even though it was a challenging and trying journey, I am happy to wake up to me every morning! I have referred several family members and friends to Dr. K and all have had positive experiences! Cannot say enough good things about her!

Dr. Jenny Kosman literally saved my life. Dr. Kosman came highly recommended by a close friend. She's one of the smartest doctors I've ever met. She is so patient and caring to everyone she comes in contact with. If you're struggling with anything psychological I would say she's the best psychiatrist in Sarasota by far. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else. Some doctors can do more damage than good. She is not someone who just throws medicine at you. She takes her time and is very pragmatic. Great person, wonderful doctor.
