Terrible customer service. I couldn't understand anything the lady was saying, didn't speak loud enough and answered with a "hello" and stayed quiet. I was checking othre reviews and it doesn't surprise me at all because just with the call to try to make an appointment I am already very frustrated.

I haven’t been able to get in touch with him, only a answering service.

I have MS this is why I see him. I left EVER visit fuming and in tears at the comments on my weight. I suffer from chronic fatigue so working out is extremely difficult. He didn’t care at all! He actually said all this is happening because I’m FAT. And if I lose the weight all my symptoms would go away. Please find a different doctor. DO NOT go here. He has NO EMPATHY. His staff takes the phones off the hook so that the line is always busy, he wants me to switch medications and since I don’t want to he sends the ppwk unsigned and half filled out. I could go on but I think you get the picture. So glad to be done with him! I hope he is humbled SOON. Because no one should be treated this way!

I rarely like to leave reviews but people need to know that if you're looking for a kind, compassionate, smart, and a Doctor who let you speak about your concerns without interrupting you and insulting you, that this is not the doctor you want to see. When I had my visit with Dr. Mamsa it wasn't that I "felt" disrespected, but I was disrespected and talked down to like I was a child. I never went back. As a Christian I pray for those who have awful visits with him and left feeling not confident than confident. God Bless you all.
