Very professional, was on time for the appointment and answered all my questions/ concerns.

My visit was frustration free. Mr. Abul described to me exactly why I was having a bleeding nose, and proposed a solution to prevent it from happening in the future. Then, proposed an alternative way if it keeps happening. Not only that, but he is active on responding to the his messages. This is based on my personal experience.

Perhaps others have had an excellent experience with him, but in my case, it was a complete waste of time. After my initial visit—during which he told me he would wait for my blood test results before prescribing a pill for a foot fungus (since I had already tried various creams available at any supermarket)—he messaged me via the clinic's internal chat system to let me know that all my test results were normal. I asked him about the medication for the fungus, and he told me the prescription order would be sent to the pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy, however, they informed me that they only had a prescription for a nail lacquer, not for the infection on the sole of my foot. I tried to contact the doctor again via the chat (spending another 2 or 3 weeks waiting for a response), and eventually requested a teleconsultation. During this call, I asked him about the medication once more, specifically emphasizing that I did *not* want any of the creams found in supermarkets, as I had… already used them all (and every store sells the exact same ones). Yet, when I arrived at the pharmacy, they told me that what he had actually prescribed was one of the very creams I had already used before. So much waiting—and such a waste of my time and money—only to receive such poor quality care; clearly, because he was in a rush, he failed to pay attention to what the patient was actually requesting. Now I will have to see a different doctor, as I no longer trust this one—someone who has wasted my time and money as if those things were simply given to me for free or as if I had an endless supply of them.

Very kind and professional doctor. Listens carefully and explains everything clearly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rahman and his Nurse visited my 81 yr. old husband in our home. I was very impressed with both of these professionals.
