I waited over 2 hours to be seen. That is not acceptable. I can understand an appointment going over by a little bit but 2 hours is not ok !!

Dr. Beck has been my doctor for the better part of 15 years and he is WONDERFUL. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. He’s kind and helpful and does his very best to ease whatever pain I was in. I recommend him to any person who has eyes!

Dr. Beck did a great job explaining the issues with my eye to me. He also helped me find the perfect frames that fit my style. Great visit- would definitely recommend!

Dr. Beck is a wonderful doctor, he saw me when I was having an emergency with my sight. He fit me into his busy schedule and addressed all of my concerns. It was wonderful not having to drive down to the city to get quality care.

I had a stabbing pain in my eye. His practice says he's available 24/7, but he didn't display a sense of urgency or empathy towards my situation. It's important for healthcare professionals to prioritize and address emergency cases promptly. He packed his waiting room and was extremely arrogant to me when I had to leave to go to work. He actually laughed and said, "How long do you wait at your doctor's office?". I told him, "For an emergency, I don't.".
