Your tenure as the sole neurologist at HCA Palms West is an utter disgrace, a walking mockery of medicine who desperately needs a neurologist himself. Your evident dementia or Alzheimer’s—or both—renders you not just incompetent but a menace, the most dangerous neurologist on Earth. Your so-called education, or rather the glaring absence of it, is painfully obvious in every catastrophic decision you make. You let my loved one writhe in agony, clueless and bumbling, while even the nurses screamed to flee your care. Discharging my loved one to a physical therapy facility with uncontrolled, full-blown seizures—on my dime, no less, to transport them to UM—exposes your shameful ineptitude. Milan, your oblivion shields you from grasping the consequences of your actions, but rest assured, divine justice will find you, and you won’t even comprehend its arrival. What goes around comes around. As for HCA Palms West, your decision to retain this sham of a doctor is beyond pathetic—it’s a… damning indictment of your priorities. Is this all you can afford? A neurologist with a degree from some backwater, stumbling through diagnoses with a mind eroded by disease? Your disregard for patients is blatant, scribbling nonsense in their records when test results stump you. If you can’t handle a case, have the decency to admit it and transfer the patient to a facility with real doctors, not this travesty you prop up.

Doctor Milan and his staff where wonderful this doctor went above and beyond for me. Based on his reviews I was scared when I went in but his jovial demeaner with patients put me right at ease.. so I wanted to let everyone know this is an amazing place with a caring doctor who doesn't mind taking the extra time to make sure you understand and try and get to the bottom of your condition.

This is by far the worst doctor on earth. Didn’t know anything about neurological conditions that were very basic. Didn’t listen. Stay away.

Beyond horrible experience would sent my worse enemy to him .

I have severe spinel damage. After mri dr millan refuses to see me. Totally wrong on my mri. I NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION! Hospt sent me to you. At least refer me.

He is caring and very professional. Excellent in all regards.
