Dr. Ahdy Nassif, MD, PhD, MD

This guy isn’t for real. I only gave him one star in order to submit my review. He doesn’t care that degree of pain you are in. He switches you pain meds to antiquated drugs that were used years ago. This drug interferes with your liver I have cirrhosis from nsaids and he prescribes Methocarbonal. I did not do back after 2 calls to him and a fax they called back 3 weeks later to see if I wanted him to use a ct scan to remove water from my right shoulder bursa. I wouldn’t let him touch my cat or dog he is so bad and the office staff a 0 also.

I started going to Dr. Natif about 3 years ago.. I was in so much pain between fibromyalgia, sciatica nerve pain so bad I couldn't walk or sit for more than a few minutes. I also had had sepsis and had been very sick. I had shoulder pain. He picked up on that immediately and got me in to a orthopedic doctor immediately. Here I had MRSA in my shoulder. I had surgery and felt better immediately that day! He listens what is going on with me and addresses the problem right then. I can't say enough about this doctor. He is great!

This was the worst visit ever! After only a few moments he declared I was dependent on medication because I have been taking meds for many years after having many surgeries and being disabled. Took me off all meds with out saying anything till I got ready to leave and then it was by the front desk. He had absolutely no interest in listing to me. Went to my next appt. Asked him why he called me an addict he denied it so I pulled up my records up on my phone on My UPMC and called him a liar. Told him to remove it and he walked out of the room.

Dr. Nassif is very caring and very thorough. Easy to talk to. He takes his time with you so you are able to remember everything you wanted to tell him or ask him at your visit. The entire staff is courteous and caring also.

Worst visit ever. Does not listen to you at all.

Dr. Nassif is the most caring doctor I know. He wants to get to the root of the problem instead of just medicate the patient. Thank you for taking such good care of me and for the awesome staff that you have!!

Guy was rude. Marked me as a drug addict after initial visit even with mri and and past surgery. Just cuz i have been on meds for a few years. Dont see this guy he hates people and talks down to u

I highly recommend Dr Nassif for chronic pain management.

Makes inaccurate diagnosis without testing and changes meds and other things by the time you get to the front desk where you cannot speak with him about why he changed it. Does not believe in treating his patients pain even when all their medical records support the need for it. sets you up for procedures without any explanation as to what it is for or the benefits / risks so you can make a informed decision in the matter of YOUR HEALTH. Patient is not a partner in the the matter of any part of their health plan.

I really like Dr.Nassif. He does listen to what I am telling him. His diagnosis is accurate and has helped my pain significantily
