Dr Douglass is an incredible physician who delivers excellent patient care.

Unbelievably unprofessional staff. It was obvious they didn't want me as a patient. There scheduler scheduled an appointment for me 16 days after the referral expired; then I get a call the night before late in the afternoon trying to blame me. I tell them I will get it reauthorized and call them back to confirm or cancel. I call back this morning and the lady had already cancelled my late afternoon appointment, even though I told her I would call her back to tell her one way or the other. I waited almost 6 weeks since scheduling the appointment and they could care less. A bunch of bozo's and clowns; usually reflective of the person at the top.

When I first went to see Dr. Douglass, he needed a lot of help with his bedside manner. However, as I continued to see him he opened up a lot more and he was a good doctor. I did not want to leave the office However, billing would not allow me to scehule and appoinment with doctor douglass because my POS and PPO insurance were being difficult in paying. I find it dispicable that they would refuse treat to a patient that has dual insurance and refuse to allow the patient to speak to the office manager or even call the the employees contact persons for the medical provider. The billing person is rude, and unprofessional. She is the primary reason I left this office. By the way my insurance did pay all the claims and they are refusing to refund me my co-pays which I told them I did not have to pay to begin with because I had dual insurance. Don't go to this office!!!
