Dr. Alexander Richard Dietz

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had in working with a provider's office. Staff were extremely rude--even intentionally hanging up on me and lying about leaving me a voicemail the day prior after waiting for an hour to speak with someone. From the other reviews it seems this is the overall culture of the practice. I highly recommend you seek care elsewhere if you are at all able.

I sincerely question his integrity. I had the misfortune of having to see Alexander for a test. In my honest opinion he wasn’t even close to being truthful about the results. Why? Because he can write whatever he wants. He told me nothing was wrong and sent me in my way. He was a 5th opinion and the only one who did very little testing and got completely normal results. Each neurologist; over time without knowing another’s results have given the same opinion. Not him. Not Lord Dietz. If you’re truly concerned about your health, go to a real neurologist, with a real practice. Blue sky neurology is the McDonalds of healthcare. They like who they like , they treat who they want and practice unfairness and specialized in false and misdiagnoses. Dietz could care less about people as a whole. He thinks nothing of erasing previous diagnoses by seasoned, long-standing and respectable practitioners. In my poor experience, this group is a peer oriented not patient oriented. Dr. Dietz is rude, condescending, unprofessional and completely lacking in compassion. There is a reason every other neurologist in Denver has a 1-2 month waiting list but I got an appointment with him within 1 week. He is inexperienced and needs to re-take his bedside manners class. He should also remember that he is financially dependent on referring doctors before he makes disparaging comments. Especially when the referring doctor has 30 years of experience and he has 1. If I could give 0 stars I would.
