Unquestionably a lifesaver! I've had Dr. Alex Messina as my primary care physician for the past seven years, and I couldn't be happier. He is the most thoughtful, considerate, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. After receiving a misdiagnosis from another physician, he nearly saved my life. 10/10 highly recommended!!

Dr. Messina is a respected and highly qualified doctor. He has a tender heart and great competence. I can be overjoyed to know that I have a doctor I can trust and that his office helper Tina is the greatest. I heartily endorse Dr. Messina!

This doctor should no longer be in practice. He is extremely rude, combative, dismissive, condescending and generally completely, inappropriately unprofessional in every way. He asks questions, then cuts you off before you have had the chance to respond. He always seems rushed and likes to complain about how busy he is. His purposeful disagreeable manner provokes you, then he has the nerve to tell you that you sound a little upset about something (!). He also seems to frequently get confused easily about who he is speaking with, despite being told at least twice. There are good doctors out there, but do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one.

He cares about you he tries to help you even if you are in the medi-cal system he knows how time consuming and difficult it is to get help medically. Tina is great the best jack of all trades I’ve met! I wish I could give them more stars! -DS

He saved my life twice by diagnosing a heart condition and a prostrate cancer and sending me to proper specialists for surgery. A bit brusque at times, but caring and competent.
