Dr. Alexander Pang, MD

I was referred to Dr. Pang, after my doctor retired. Dr. Pang required blood work to confirm my diagnosis. The blood work came back confirming the diagnosis. I returned back to his office to talk about the results of my blood work, Dr. Pang said he would not refill my prescription, to quote him, "I can't help you and I won't help you". I am so disappointed that I found a doctor with absolutely no empathy for his patient (now former patient). I wasted my money and my time.

I thought he was rude and didn't listen to me. He needs to have training in bedside manor.

All he did was check for how much urine I had in my bladder and told me I needed to follow up with my psychiatrist! Now I am in another emergency room and they cannot believe that he just let me go. I would not recommend seeing him to anybody! I literally feel like I am dying and I’m getting stabbed in my left side and I told him I was going to go to the emergency room there and he said that he would tell them that I have nothing wrong with My bladder so now I am at another emergency room. If you really need help Definitely go see someone else!

Unfortunately, Dr. Pang has lost any bedside manner he might have had. I appreciate doctors being to the point; however, I do not appreciate a doctor who is arrogant, condescending and doesn't listen.

Advised my Mother in Law to just forget about chemo and live with a colostomy bag forever. He also didn't want to be responsible for a surgery someone else did ( although he recommended her to that Dr) . Who tells a Cancer patient not to at least try to fight the disease?! This isnt just poor Bedside Manner, it's total ignorance and arrogance.

He doesn't listen, and when trying to say something he talks over you, unless he asks a question then he will somewhat listen. With in one week, his diagnosis changed by looking at the same image. Very arrogant, and believes his own lies about things he said in previous appointment. Wish I saw these reviews before seeing him cause they would've kept me from wasting my time seeing this supposed Dr.

I visited Dr. Pang at a location in Taunton for a follow up after an ER visit. He was more interested in critiquing my choice for college, instead of finding a solution for my health issues. Even laughing out loud when I explained I didn't have the financial situation/stability to complete my college degree. He made me feel useless and low. Then finally he said he couldn't do anything for me health wise. So I received a lecture about my income, no health assistance, and he expects patients to come back? I will not be be. He needs to learn how to treat people first. Ignorant, arrogant, and smug are his descriptors.

Poor communication, staff makes appointments for ct scans and you don't find out about them until the hospital calls the day after, to tell you that you missed the appointment. Scheduled a kidney stone removal surgery and staff never made the appointment with the hospital! The office staff, then lies to your face! Then Dr. Pang defends their incompetence and places the blame on you. No apologetics, turns blame on to you. You can't get a word in with Dr. Pang, he overtalks you. Do not go to this doctor, unless you want to take time off, arrange transportation at show up at the hospital for nothing! I would not trust my well being in this mans hands or from his incompetent staff! Now I will sit in pain for weeks, finding a new urologist. You have been warned!

Went for an initial consult visit and never went back. This guy came off really arrogant and condescending. He didn't answer my questions, made a few smug comments, showed no interest in understanding a patient's point of view. It's almost like he was trying to get me in, setup a time for the procedure, and get me out as fast as he could. I will be going to a different Urologist for sure.
