Dr. Ali Azadi, MD

I have been a nurse for over 20 years and am not impressed with this provider's front-office policies. My pharmacy requested a refill on an Rx several times and has yet to receive a response from the provider. I called and was told their protocol was for the patient to call and request refills, as they do not do a lot of electronic refills. This policy differs from any medical office I know of, and I was not told about it during my visits. The person I spoke with was curt and not open to any constructive criticism. The front office largely determines a provider's effectiveness. I am not impressed.

At first I liked Dr Acadia. Before the surgery on my prolapse bladder I was in so much pain and I thought he understood how bad I felt. After the surgery and at home I had a huge problem with the gas in my stomach. The discharge paper said, “I would have some gas left in my stomach from surgery but I was very uncomfortable and I thought I would call the office just to see if there was something I could do. His nurse ask if I was having trouble breathing. Well when you have gas sitting on you stomach and chest it difficult so I said yes. He wanted to to go to the er. I was willing as I very uncomfortable. Nothing they could do. A week before my six week check up I was back to feeling the pressure and pain and I very a Ball like in the vagina I call the office think maybe the mesh they used has come undone or something. Dr Azadi said, it was too early for it to come undone. He checked and said, “everything was fine” I was still saying I was in pain. He order urine test done. While in the… bathroom I felt my self and I could feel the Bulge I told him I could feel , he said the physical exam doesn’t lie and I need to be not so sensitive because I would have unnecessary surgery and walked out of the room. I was so shocked I could say anything. Come to find out I had A Rectum prolapse behind the bladder prolapse I could not be filled while lying down if you’d only took the time to believe what I was saying and not beCondescending and listened to his Patient it would have saved me a lot of frustration. I guess the surgery was done so he was already getting paid and that’s all he cared about. Shame on you Dr. do not go to him find someone who really cares about helping woman

This Dr Azadi did surgery on me to supposably fix my prolapsed bladder, it was suppose to be a few day recovery in the hospital he sent me home an hour after surgery with a cathider in, the cathider wasnt saddled so it was gushing out everywhere I called and told him he argued with me telling me i was fine and didnt need to go in, I went to the hospital he met me there and tryed to rush me out without having the cath checked so he could collect all the insurance money allowed for the surgery, and was mad I came in, the nurse checked and fixed the cath and said it was not saddled and wasnt correct, they told me the computer told them I was in a recovery room and should have been so they were going to admit me,, I asked if he was going to be in charge of my health they said yes so I said no I dont think so he is a money hungry crooked Dr! He also lies on the my chart to try to cover his actions!

I was nervous about having my hysterectomy. From the moment I walked into his office in Peoria, AZ he made me feel at ease. He explained everything in detail about the procedure. He also talked about the different options and why they were or were not a good choice for me. He listened to my concerns before and after the surgery. I never felt rushed when Dr. Azadi was in the room. He took the time to answer all of my questions. His staff is just as caring as he is. He put my family at ease as well when I was in recovery. The only down side is he doesn’t practice everyday gynecology. I have never met a doctor with such good bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Azadi!

DR. Azadi Is hands down the best! He goes above and beyond to deliver exceptiional care. He sincerely cares about patients and is not to quick to slap you with a diagnosis. I was in the ER and they wanted to perform an emergency surgery saying that the baby was in the wrong place, he stepped in and consoled me and asked me to give him a few days and make sure of where the baby was. He was correct that the baby was fine and the surgery was not needed. He does not do delivery's so he has been over seeing my care and trying to partner me with a doc who does deliver and will accept my insurance but also with someone he has worked with and trusts! What doctor do you know will do that for you?? He is amazing. He's more than a great doctor, he is an amazing and very sweet person.

I went to see him concerning a problem I was having. I was previously diagnosed with a pelvic floor disorder which had been diagnosed by symptoms only. He didn't do any testing of his own other than trigger point injections which failed. He did refer me to physical therapy. I had been placed on a medication from another MD and requested a refill. He denied it saying he didn't like the med and wouldn't refill it. It did help control my pain. He didn't offer any other option for pain control. His response was just stop taking it. I had to get refill from my pcp. I went back after 6 weeks of therapy and he said there was nothing else he could do for me. Physical therapy didn't resolve my problem so I went for a second opinion with another urogynocologist who, based upon her physical exam believed my initial diagnosis was wrong. She ordered testing and she was correct. She gave me medication and scheduled me for pudendal blocks along with additional therapy. I feel that dr Azadi… didn't really care or have any compassion for the pain I was in. I now have hope that I can possibly get pain free but Dr. Azadi did not help me in any way nor did I feel he had any interest in helping me. His bedside personality was very professional but very aloof at the same time. I thought long and hard about writing a bad review but I don't want another woman to waste time seeing him

I really like Dr. Azadi's attention to his patient. He explains things clearly. As a surgeon he is beyond excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services. I could not have had a better experience and I had many procedures done at the same time. In operation room at 2:30 P M and home the next day by 4 PM. Amazing

Dr. Azadi was very patient and thorough. He answered every question with no hesitation and I never felt rushed to make a decision or to end the visit. He was knowledgeable and I would recommend him anytime. He performed major surgery on me and I have no complaint from beginning to end of my treatment. I'm two months out from surgery now and I'm great.
