Dr. Alice Jody Rowland, MD

After meeting Ms Rowland and following her recommendation of a stress test & echocardiogram, I had to literally chase her down for followup info. Needless to say she never returned email or phone calls. Her staff followed up with "you'll need to do another Nuclear Stress test" (yet technician who did original test DID add die to get better results and said they were viewable) I suspected as much and am going elsewhere because Ms Rowland and North Memorial are a "Health Business" not a Healthcare facility. They are more concerned about the almighty buck $$ than the patients actual health. Mn AGs' office has been contacted about this "upselling of health tests"

I've had excellent care from Dr. Rowland since needing to have my heart re-started several years ago. Always a pleasure to see her. She's incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She always spends as much time as we need to cover all the information she wants to give me and to answer all my questions. I've never felt rushed or even aware that she had other patients. When she is with you, you have her undivided attention. She explains everything and has a great sense of humor. I'd highly recommend her to family and friends.
