She was arrogant and mean with me. The first meeting I had with her she made me cry I also found she's not open to new medicine or up-to-date on the newest research

Thoughtful, insightful, patient and accurate. I've been to many drs in my 64 yrs. None better.

She is very busy. It's hard to actually call and speak to her. And also her assistants give her incorrect messages.

Long wait time. She doesn't listen and talks to you in a condescending, argumentative and belittling manner. She jumps to a treatment without an examination, lab work, X-rays or MRI's. She is arrogant and rude.

I was experiencing symptoms of a sore throat. I went into Dr. B thinking she'd do some sort of swab to test what was growing on my throat. She did nothing of the sort and just decided that I had strep. She prescribed a medium strength antibiotic which didn't end up working entirely. My sore throat returned, this time WORSE. I took more antibiotics (stronger ones) for another 2 weeks...KEEP IN MIND I WAS ON ANTIBIOTICS FOR A MONTH at that point....and now my immune system is shot, and my sore throat has turned into tonsillitis. Dr. Benjamin is INCOMPETENT. I urge you to STAY AWAY!

She's impersonal. Dr. B is unfortunately a terrible doctor and I feel bad for her patients. Thanks for making me unhappy.
