Dr. Marshall is an excellent physician. Unfortunately, her staff is HORRIBLE. Wait times even with an appointment can be 2 to 3 hours. That is a complete mismanagement of time.

Two hips replaced with Anterior approach. An excellent confident surgeon.. no complications, great recovery, Besides, she has what is lacking in so many MDs today, an attentive caring bedside manner. I'm grateful!

She was very through in her exam and spent time explaining her knee replacement procedure. She has a very pleasant and warm personality and did not rush thru our exam.

I was a patient of Dr. Marshall for ten years before I moved out of state this year. I had multiple surgeries and I received excellent physical AND caring attention from Dr. Marshall. I am an RN and I have referred several friends and family members to Dr. Marshall. They have all thanked me.

It’s unfortunate she continues to opt out of Medicare and other insurances. Providing free care only to other countries but not your own is not a good reference of character.

I had a TKR in 2015. She was an amazing and caring surgeon. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and help you with solutions. Excellent bedside manner!! My post-surgery PT commented how great the surgery scar was and confirmed Dr. Marshall-Rodriguez is one of the best. I'm so grateful I had the TKR and that I went with her as my surgeon. I will be getting my other knee done soon, and not a doubt in my mind I will be going back to Dr. Marshall-Rodriguez!

I had a knee replacement by Dr. Marshall in early 2018 using the minimally invasive technique> I couldn't be happier with her demeanor & willingness to explain things and her surgical skill.

I went to Dr. Marshall for knee pain. She was caring and professional and took care of the pain with a gel injection into the knee and another gel I rub on the skin. The problem I have is with the office staff. The front-desk operation is chaotic and disorganized much of the time. They were supposed to submit a prescription for me and they didn't do it. I have been in other busy doctor's offices, but somehow they manage to get the basic things done. I'm seriously considering finding another doctor because of the hassle in making appointments and other problems --- all with the staff, not the doc.

Dr Marshall is a very thorough Dr. She does not rush office appointments and takes the time to make sure you understand what the problem is and possible solutions. Not quick to rush you into surgery unless its necessary.
