Dr. Amber Delaine Hyde, MD

I was truly satisfied with Dr. Hyde and her care for me until I was diagnosed with diabetes. Being new to the sickness, I invited my family member to go alone with me to ask questions that I may not know to ask. I was totally surprised by Dr. Hyde's attitude and lack of concern she portrayed. After my visit and even before, all of her messages we're relayed by her nurse. I just felt she became intimidated by the questioned my relative was asking.

The staff at this practice is so incompetent I have left and am changing doctors! Every appointment has been a mess due to the front office staff and today was THE LAST STRAW! I wasn’t seen due to being 13 minutes late, because I had NO NOTICE that the office moved 1 week ago! Amazingly 3 other families who arrived AFTER me where mad about the EXACT SAME ISSUE, the staff claimed letters where mailed out, but amazingly, NO ONE GOT THE LETTER! THE OTHER PATIENTS WERE ALL SEEN by their doctors! I was the only one who was NOT seen and the only one of my color there. Strange. I requested the doctor call me today. But the HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF WENT A STEP FURTHER! One hour after leaving their office, the office staff, the one who was wearing her Backing-the-Blue badge holder so proudly, called me to say I had a past due balance on my account from over a year ago!!! I guess they wanted to give me one more F-U, since I requested my medical records and will NEVER go back to that… doctors’ office! I told them to MAIL me the bill just like the letter they CLAIMED they mailed me. I’ll bet THAT will show up! For the record, the last time I actually saw the doctor, I told her about the utter incompetence of the office staff during my visit. I guess it wasn’t addressed. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, STRESS AND TIME, GO ELSEWHERE!

I have seen Dr. Hyde for 3 years now. She is wonderful. I will say that I am diabetic and Dr. Hyde has worked with me to improve my health. That is her job and she does it well.

Dr.. Hyde is very personable. Always thinking and paying attention to your issues. She has been fantastic to have as my Primary Care Physician.

Very pleased with Dr. Hyde as our new PCP. She was very attentive to our needs, thorough, & extremely professional. Cannot say enough good things about her! In addition, her entire staff was fantastic. Highly recommend Dr. Hyde and her staff!

I have seen Dr. Hyde for several years and now have several close friends that see her as well. She is an amazing person and doctor. Dr. Hyde is personable and loves what she does. Lab work is processed quickly and you are contacted. She makes me feel at ease and reassured every time I go to see her. I HeArT my doctor.

The hold time when calling is 20 mins and having a nurse calling you back with test results is IMPOSSIBLE!

I've been a couple of times and had good experiences each time. I'm not sure that she checked my chart before my return visit. She didn't recall some details that we'd discussed - nothing especially important, fortunately. Overall, a nice experience.

Dr. Hyde takes the time needed to get to know her patients and their needs. You may wait a few minuets to see her but she takes more than that amount of time with you once you are with her.
