Dr Naik was very thorough and attentive when taking care our daughter’s shoulder injury. He walked us through every step. She is now back to sports and doing better than ever. We couldn’t be happier.

I have been going to Dr. Naik for a few years for very complex problems stemming from a car accident. I just saw him at his new office in Millburn. From the first visit, he systematically went through each injury and presented my options. He explained what he could do and what he could not do to help me. I'll be the first to admit that my case is difficult and complex. Other doctors tend to see a trainwreck like myself and run out of the room quickly. There very few doctors out there like Dr. Naik. One of a kind for sure!

Dr Naik took the time to listen to my concerns. I went to HSS about my elbow injury. The surgeon spent 3 minutes with me, and I was sent home with a diagnosis of tennis elbow. I sought a second opinion from Dr Naik. After thoroughly hearing my concerns, he ordered an MRI and discovered a fracture that wasn’t seen on X-RAY. I wish all my doctors were like him.

Dr Naik is the absolute best doctor I’ve been to. He spent a great deal of time in the emergency room speaking to me and my family about my shoulder fracture. He did a shoulder replacement and walked me patiently through each step through my hospitalization, recovery, and rehab. Now I’m back playing golf and doing the things I love. Wonderful doctor!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Naik for my finger fracture. He was very thorough, clear, and discussed all my options. He fit in my husband on the spot who who was accompanying me for his shoulder. I would recommend him to anyone!

The absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. He was so cold and rude in his delivery of things that he thought could be wrong. I have never in my life written a review of a doctor, but I was so appalled by the way he spoke to me. It was so awful I reported him. He shouldn’t be a doctor. Save yourself the trouble.

I had to have emergency surgery on my index finger and he was the doc on call for the ER and he was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He took time to explain to me what was happening, why and options and outcome expectations. I would recommend Dr Naik for a surgeon.
