Amy helped me more than she knows . I was raised in a cult with very narcissistic parents . Even though I left the cult decades ago - the emotional damage and psychological effects were still very much present into my late thirties . After years struggling on my own, “being tough” - I finally had enough and decided to seek help . This was my first time ever seeing a specialist with trauma and I feel very fortunate to have found, Amy - as I had read sometimes it can be difficult finding the right fit when working through this sort of thing . She is a very kind and patient person . A wonderful mirror to reflect what you’re actually saying and doing . It took me far too long to write this, but I would like anyone seeking help with c-ptsd / ptsd to consider, Amy . She is wonderful .
