This is a business, not healthcare. Good luck getting any assistance thru Abbvie or your script filled for SKYRIZI. Had to "renew" my script in May for SKYRIZI, but info was never sent to Abbvie until August after calling them to send it over numerous times. Phone correspondence was terribly rude from "medical assistants" especially from "emily"(she sounds like she really hates her job). Been overdue on my injection by 3 months. Either its incompetency or carelessness, but probably BOTH. Take your derm care somewhere else, this place is a joke

just now She doesn't know what she is doing. I came in because i needed some moles removed. She did not even put me in a gown and asked me to identify which moles needed to be removed. She didn't do a scan. On the next visit she removed 5 moles as suspected cancer - 3 if which were the scaly kind i had her remove the previous visit. None were cancerous. if i could i would give her negative stars. Totally incompetent. Maybe she treated me that way since it wasn't a big dollar cosmetic visit- i wasn't worth her time apparently

Great office. I thought my experience was very smooth at Evans Dermatology. Dr. McClung was very friendly and caring and spent time discussing all of my issues.
