over all I had a bad experience from the billing department. to my doctor dr. Dickerson. I was always told by the billing department that I pay to much money that i was owed but never received any money back and Dr. Dickerson did my C- section and after a couple of weeks had problems with my bleeding so I thought but after going to the doctor they found that it was not blood clots as it was tested it was Placenta that was left inside of me that was not taking out. had to be put on all types of antibiotics and got several shots to make sure it didn't infect my body. but still was in pain and bleeding so went back several times to the office one doctor told me I was just in depression stage and nothing was wrong but after that visit had made another appt. with another Dr. that had made appt. to have a vaginal ultrasound done it came back that from the C section my incision was open on the inside and they didn't want to go back inside and do surgery it would cause more problems… so in the mean time don't get pregnant cause you will have to abort. healing will happen over time. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone so no I would recommend this practice .

Doctor Dickerson is the greatest. Bedside, WOW! CARING, CONCERNED,LOVING, and she listen to your concerns, I can go on and on. She's the best. Her staff is the best.

This is not about any part of this office EXCEPT the billing staff. I LOVE Dr. Dickerson, but will find another dr because the office manager has refused to schedule any more appts because SHE doesn't think I will be happy there if I don't like THEM. I despise her billing department and practices. They take the tactic of bullying and are very prideful if you object to what they are telling you or complain about it. They refused to see me on my first prenatal visit because I could not pay the $130 I owe for the ENTIRE pregnancy IN FULL that day. I was prepared to pay my $10 copay I normally pay (because I didn't realize they would demand the entire maternity deductible in full that day). And by the way, this was a new policy I should have known about. I was informed by the office manager that I had no access to Dr. Dickerson to complain. Go somewhere else if you want "patient-first" care. Also, I was left in a patient room for over an hour while the staff forgot about me and left for… lunch. Everyone except the checkout desk girl. Finally I came out to abandoned hallways and questioned the lady at the checkout desk. About 5 min. later, wouldn't you know, a dr. appeared in my room. These are the same ones who told me to find another dr. because I wasn't trying hard enough to make my monthly pymts (w/ my third child). I had made pymts. before. That day they took my 14.00 and sent me to the dr. After that visit, I was told to find another dr. Why didn't they tell me that when I offered my cash? In the end, I got a $300 check in the mail where I paid TOO much. My husband went in to pay the balance on my bill one day and paid what they told him. Later on, he got a call that they looked wrong and he owed 100-200 more dollars than he just paid. He was not happy. You will be treated kindly (maybe forgotton, but kindly) by drs. not the billing staff. I do NOT recommend this practice. According to them, you can't be happy with just the dr. You have to be happy with the BILLING dept. as well. They care about two things: getting their money and having lunch.

I am a patient and she is a rare gem. I am very bless to have a caring physician. She listens to the concerns I have had about my health and addresses them with care and concern. I didn't think that those ingredients existed anymore.
