Dr. Ann Doan-Do Bass, MD

This infusion experience has been the best ever. Everything from ordering, delivering, people and infusion. I've been seeing Dr. Bass for 13 yrs. and I feel she is friendliness most informed about MS.

If I could leave no stars as a rating I would. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this office. Unfortunately a lot of patients get referred to this provider because there isn’t many MS specialist in the area, so Like I have to travel 5 hours to see her just to have to keep calling to try to get my appointments to an MRI, medication orders, excuses, authorizations, etc. You can’t get through the lines. I could understand if they had 15 patients or more in the waiting area but this is never the case when i have gone. She tries to go super fast and dismiss you quickly after you traveled hours and waited 3 hours in a room for her. Then her medical assistants just sit there and act like you are bothering them. They have no manners, they hate their job, you call and their voicemail is full which makes it clear they don’t return calls . I have seen so many reviews with the same dilemas from this office. She obviously does not care it does not phase her , she gets paid by… pharmaceutical companies to speak maybe that’s more important. It does not help that she has so much experience when you can’t treat a patient correctly. Dr Bass I would recommend you change your office protocol or just stop taking new patients . Oh and it’s not true they don’t take BCBS, which is odd. They are always ready to collect though for anything. Which is fine if you would receive the accurate care.

Didn’t show up to appointment. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t seem to care about her patients. No follow through.

She doesn’t show up for her patients and if they have an emergency ?? even worse there on there own she’s out of town she leaves them two peen for themselves with her office that leaves them worse than when they came it very dis pleased !!! And this is a disabled person but they don’t hesitate two collect

I was referred to doctor Bass by my Neurologist as a second opinion. I had heard that they never return phone calls and I experienced the same thing. I called and left a message on their many recorders. You can never talk to a human. they called me back in a week. I wanted to make an appointment and they said I had to send her my records. If she though I was a good candidate, they would give me an appointment but It would take 2 months. I decided to pick up my records and go somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr Bass since 2015. The first year she was great, after that it started downhill. I travel 350 miles one way to my appointments with her. I am scheduled to see her every 3 months. My last three appointments were as follows, waited 2.5 hours to actually see her, next appointment was over 3 hours late, last appointment- she never came to the office! To be clear my appointments are always scheduled in the mornings, never later than 9:30 am. Anyway I would not recommend her to anyone. I have now changed doctors. Her staff is not helpful either!

I have been suffering from some kind of Neurologic Disorder for years now. I was referred to Dr. Bass by my Neurologist for a second opinion. Seems like they had a discussion before I even had my appointment and Dr. Bass had her mind set. I am a Registered Nurse and she did a Neuro assessment in about 15 minutes. She practically read my Drs. notes and went from there. Low and behold I was told it was complex migraines and PSYCHSOMATIC! All in my head? I was dumb enough to return after I felt I had run out of options only to be dismissed in 5 minutes and belittled by this arrogant woman! You had better have textbook signs and symptoms. Needless to say 6 years later I have MS. I would NEVER recommend this hateful Dr. to anyone.

For the past year he has called to schedule an appointment, he has left many messages and no one returns his call to schedule an appointment. The one time he did get through, they told him he would have to register as a new patient because he had not been in the office for a while. He would not have to register as a new patient if they would return his call to schedule the appointment. Very disappointed. He really likes his doctor, just return calls for appointment!

Pompous and arrogant but not skilled. Stay away!

Been with this physician since 2003, she is top physician neurology, with specialized treatment patients with multiple sclerosis. Her staff is professional, caring, friendly, knowledgeable. Her Rx refill done within 24 hours. Wait time less 15 minutes. She cares as much about me today and my care as she did 13 years ago.
