Dr. Anne M Sterlin, MD

Dr Sterlin delivered my baby in 2002. I had a c-section. She did not put me back together very well. I asked her to fix me and she declined. I had to threaten her with legal action before she accepted her mistake.

I dislike this doctor for a reason...After i had my second daughter, she actually forced me to get a birth control called Essure all because my daughter was born with birth defects. It's kinda ridiculous for a doctor to force something that you don't want. I did want another baby in the future and now I can't thanks to her. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor at all. For the Essure, DO NOT GET IT. DO YOUR RESEACH. Now thanks to her, I have to have another surgery because I have a nickel allergy (because she dididn't test me) and I have other problems with Essure.

This is a FANTASTIC DOCTOR!

The first time seeing this dr was ok. She was nice and seemed responsive to my concerns\questions. However the second and third time I saw her I was dissatisfied. The second visit was for an IUD insertion. While I was waiting she was called out to deliver a baby and I waited. (I have no problem with this) when I was finally seen she was quick and gave me no expectations etc. I dismissed this thinking she was so busy and just got back from call. Etc. I left feeling ok with her and understanding of the fact she is so in demand. next I had an apt for an IUd check. They called they say before and cancelled. Ok whatever. I reschedule along with my annual exam that I was due to have. I go back for the iud check and annual exam and she spent less than 5 minutes with me. I wAs so upset because I was having what I thought were issues and she dissmed them and again gave me no expectations and told me I looked fine and left. Really? Now I am sitting here having further issues including… dizziness and blurred vision and have no trust to go back to her. I feel that I was very understanding and literally hit the last straw with this woman. Will not be going back to her.

I am very picky with Dr's. I have to say I love her! She listens to me and has awesome bedside manner. With each of my pregnancies she had PERSONALLY called to congratulate me. What Dr. actually takes the time to do that? I had problems with my three pregnancies...one, a miscarriage, two, placenta previa with preterm labor, and third, low progesterone and huge polyps. I trusted her thru my C-sections. She is very neat with the incisions, you can hardly tell I had 2 and now I am having a hysterectomy, I would not dream of going to any one else. I also like that fact that she will acknowledge you if you see her elsewhere outside the hospital. She likes to joke with you and does listen . I feel I have a very good dr/patient relationship with her. Wonderful Dr.

I used Dr. Sterlin when I was pregnant with my second child. She was absolutely wonderful throughout my entire pregnancy. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. During my labor (I ended up with a c-section) she was very concerned about how I was feeling and assured me that everything was OK. Her bedside manners were amazing. She even came in the day I was discharged to say goodbye to me and my daughter and husband. I would highly recommend her.
