My first visit. In distress with my disorder. Dr. Knox diagnosed it immediately and suggested treatment to help me. What relief I felt that I was finally going to get help. His explanations of disorder and treatment were thorough and understandable. And a plus .. his personality is awesome!!

I was somewhat anxious to visit Dr Know today as I needed to have Trigger Point Injections. He listened, explained the procedure and what I should expect over the next 7-10 days or so and was very interested in helping me and relieving my pain. He is a wonderful doctor and great guy.

Would not go to him. My orthopedic surgeon called him to ask him to get in sooner because of an injury, but he would not see me. I would have to wait almost 4 weeks for my appointment! Do yourself a favor, and find another neurologist!!!

We allow for occasional bad days, but EVERY appt was rushed, and ZERO follow-through. One appt was to f/up after a lab procedure: not only had he not read the lab result (on the top of patient file), but when asked, he replied "oh, did you have the test yet?" After discussion of an rx already being used, he gave a trial sample of a separate rx that has potential fatal combination. Luckily we checked online, and confirmed with pharmacy, so did not use the sample until other rx was finished.
