Dr. Anthony Jun Kwon, MD

Dr. Kwon has treated me for spine problems on several occasions, including an emergency disc laminectomy and later a fusion. I liked, respected and trusted him.

I need a neck surgery and I searched in met with surgeons in both Florida and North Carolina and after meeting with about five different surgeons I decided on Tony Kwon. Other surgeons were actually talking about how good he was and when I met with him I could see why. My neck was in bad shape and creating other problems in my upper extremities. Tony met with me and I got the most positive vibes. I told him that I had young children and I needed to be able to stay active for their sake. After the surgery I had ZERO complications and no side effects. I had full range of motion and after two months I was back in the gym weight lifting again. It has been 11 months since my surgery in my life has changed. My neck actually feels like it was better then it was before the injury! After speaking with Tony post-surgery we discussed that I was probably going to be good for life with the surgery and I could not be more pleased. I am I family will be forever grateful to Tony for the amazing job he… did. Do not make a mistake by using a different surgeon!!!!! Tony is the best! Scott W.

Dr. kwon has been seeing my daughter Brianna for quite awhile she was diagnosed with scoliosis on her back.. This year as she grew her spine took a turn and it was suggested to proceed with the surgical procedure. Doctor Kwon was magnificent with no major issues or problems and Brianna is very happy with the outcome.

I want even rate this doctor he dosent even deserve a raiting. Mabey a - 10 He started a surgery on me, Feb. 2017, cut a blood vesel could not get it to stop bleading. Stopped the surgery. I have been in pain every day sence. I am sorry that i picked Dr Quan to do surgery on me. It seems like my body is getting worse every day.

I had to wait 3 wks for a appointment to see doctor Kwon regarding a very painful chronic spine conditions. My appointment was may 16th 19 at 10:15 am, unfortunately there were traffic jams due to graduations that took place that morning, I called doctor Kwon's office to let them know I was delayed due to the traffic back up. The office allowed a extra 15 for latest, I was 18 min late and they canceled my appointment saying I needed to reschedule my appointment. No one can control having to set in traffic for 20 min. However, I expected better from Doctor Kwon's office after waiting 3 wks for my appointment. I had to go to the ER, my cat scan snowed multiple bulging disc of the spine, one serious, causing numbness in my feet and legs. ER doctor advise me to see a spine specialist ASAP. This could have been avoided, I the office of Dr Kwon at Total Spine , on Randolph Road in Charlotte, NC cared more about the patients and less about the time allotted for reach patient ??

He has gone above and beyond to take care of my unique and complicated delicate spine problem. I feel so much better I have had life long back pain and connective tissue disorder.thank you and your team Dr Kwon
