Dr. Arezou Fatemi, MD

Dr. Fatimi has been my provider for many years. She is punctual, extremely thorough, and takes time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. My test results were accompanied by Dr. Fatimi’s suggestions and follow-up regarding my annual physical. I feel very safe knowing she is providing me with the best medical advice she has to offer to ensure many years of good health. I highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable in her field, and has a genuine love for all her patient’s health and well-being.

I found Dr. Fatemi through my insurance two years ago. I usually go to a doctor who is recommended by a friend or a family member. However, I thought I will give it a try this time as it is just of an annual check up. I found Dr. Fatemi very welcoming to my questions and knowledgeable. She took her time to answer all my questions and she was very thorough with her exam. Dr. Fatemi has a great bedside manner and make you trust her right away. I strongly recommend her to people who are looking for a great internist!

I saw Dr Fatemi for the first time in Alpharetta, GA because my original OB had left to work at another facility. It was an annual so I expected full blood work and a Pap. It had been 2 years since my previous pap. Cancer runs deep in my family so 2 years is about as long as I will wait ( I prefer yearly honestly) Dr. Fatemi spent her entire time with me trying to convince we why I DON'T need another pap. I informed her that I am here already and would prefer it. She was super aggressive and really didn't want to do the Pap! She had no interest in doing her job and finally said "ok, fine then...since you really want it". You could tell she was angry and just doesn't like doing them. WHY ARE YOU AN GYN if you don't want to do your job??? During the Pap she worked as fast as she could! When it was time for the pelvic exam, she put cream on her hand (to pretend she was going to do it) and then when the assisting nurse turned her back, she tapped my STOMACH with her other hand… and said "were done". No pelvic exam was even done! Afterwards, she never called me about my results. I had to call the office to find out my results were Positive for the first time! I never write reviews, but I had to write this. Please, if you value your health...stay away from this Lazy incompetent doctor. She doesn't care about your cervical health!

Dr. Fatemi misdiagnoses and/or withholds treatment which has had detrimental effects on our family's health.

Dr. Fatemi is good, I feel she should listen closer to her clients. She is sweet though, and very likable. The nurse practitioner at the office is the BEST!!! - try her, her name is Beth Lanham and she really listens to her clients!
