Dr. Ashraf A Ragab, MD

I have been three times to his office and he have me all the time i needed to review my MRI and interpret the findings. After going 12 weeks with conservative care i still was unable to walk 15 mins so the micro surgery is now what i’m Going to be doing.

Dr. Ragab performed a Kyphoplasty on me and I feel that I have been given my life back. Thank Dr. Ragab

Dr. Ragab is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a doctor who actually cares about the patient and not the money they make which I think is rare in this world. Top notch doctor and top notch company.

I am still in the consulting and diagnosing process with DR. Ragab. On 1st. visit, I waited only 10 min. till I could see his P.A. , Amanda. The Dr. came in later in the initial interview, x-ray viewing and brief examination. I was diagnosed differently that I had been by 2 other orthopedic physicians. The resulting injection was in an entirely different joint than treated before, reduced my pain by 75% within 2 days. An MRI and physical therapy were prescribed. For the 2nd. visit, office staff wrote the wrong date on my appointment card. I went there on a day the Dr. was in surgery, not seeing other patients. Staff apologized but no progress. 3rd. visit: Waited nearly an hour to see Dr. HOWEVER, once with him, he spent significant time with me. Dr. Ragab showed me my MRI and side-by-side in front of his computer screen pointed out where my spine was impacting my nerves. He described 3 options for treatment and suggested nerve testing as the next step. 4th visit for nerve… testing was cancelled the day before and re-scheduled by office staff. Again apologetic, but unable to tell me why the person conducting the nerve testing cancelled the appointment. I find the Dr. and his P.A. incisive, competent and fully engaged when I am with them. The office staff less so.

I will never recommend such a doctor to any human being. You are expected to be kind and compassionate as a doctor. As a doctor you are supposed to listen to a fellow being which I did not find in you.

Dr Ragab is without doubt one of the finest orthopedic spine surgeons in the State of Florida. Exhibiting skill , competancy , and vast knowledge, he quickly diagnosed my spine problems, recommended treatment and followed thru quickly. I suffered for 10 years moderately with low back pain due to bulging low back discs, then in Oct 14 had a disc literally blow out spewing its gel into the foraminal canal and trapping my Sciatic nerve in the process. Needless to say, I was in extreme pain and could not walk for more tha 50 ft at a time, Life was miserable. I scheduled an appt with Dr Ragab and was quickly diagnosed , offered recommedations and scheduled for minimally invasive surgery on 2 discs. I walked into the clinic at 6am and walked out at 10:30 am , same day. The outcome was 100 % successful. I am pain free, walk with confidence as along as I want and Thank God I found Dr Ragab. His staff is exceptional, caring and extremely knowledgeable in their respective professions,… The short wait times in a friendly clean waitroom, and follow up care are a refreshing change from most doctors. I would highly recommend Dr Ragab for any of your spinal issues

After being in pain for 3 months, Dr Ragab operated on my spine. What a difference! I was up and walking, pain free, the next day. Thank you sooo much.

Dr. Ragab is the BEST!! He has been my spine specialist for annular tears in two discs, for the past 2 yrs. Whereas most spine docs want to rush you to surgery, he gave me a very honest assessment, which included NO surgery and a diligent physical therapy regimen. I am grateful for his compassion and clear explanation of my condition. I never felt rushed and he answered my every question. I'm very grateful to Dr. Ragab and have recommended him many times.

I find the staff to be very rushed and rude, very argumentative. Found Dr. Ragab not to be honest in certain conditions that had nothing to do with this patients care. He may be smart, but he can be very very rude with a" get back at you attitude", if he believes that you are the person getting the best of him honestly. I will never go back..

Due to a workers comp injury, i was referred to Dr. Ragab after a surgery failed with another neurosurgeon. He was kind and treated myself and my family with respect and caring. He explained things patiently and has been an advocate for my pain and injury. I may need a fusion in the future and wouldnt trust anyone but Dr Ragab with my spine.
