We like Dr. Tibebu. What an awful office, though! The receptionist was yelling at me to say that I needed to sign a new form. I did an e-check and didn't expect to do anything more. No explanation about the form itself. Then, the horrifying thing was the waiting time between doctor's exam and the blood extract. The wait took more than half an hour for me. It took more than 1.5 hours for my husband. In another office we had used in another city, it didn't take more than 3-5 minutes to get this done between the doctor and the lab person. Why taking so long?!!! They have no respect to patients time, bound by the horrifying office management system!

Dr Tibebu is so pleasant and thorough. She took time to ask about my history, answer questions and explain things. This was my first time seeing her. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful in answering questions. I'm thrilled to have her as my new primary care physician.
