Love these reviews. Office closed 4 years ago, phone number isn't for a doctor's office, and people are wondering why they are being hung up on - on a Saturday.

I hate being hung up on, and she did this numerous times. She is very rude. How is she in business?

I was taken aback by the experience I had when I called her office. The doctor herself answers the phone and I was immediately was faced with disrespect. She interrupts, talks down, and makes assumptions. I was left questioning "what just happened"? You can be the nicest person in the world and she won't care. This was beyond being "no-nonsense" doctor. She was completely impersonal and rude, a personality issue you would not expect to see in a professional. I prefer good beside manner and the feeling I'm cared for.

I have made 4 calls to this office, only to be talked to rudely and hung up on!!! I never get more than a sentence out of my mouth before she slams the phone down. Dr. Konow doesn't have a staff or any one who works with her, Obviously, because no on can stand her!!

i do not know what makes this doctor so mad but she is the worst person /doctor you will ever meet stay away

I can't believe how rude this Dr was! I don't go to the Dr to be hug and coddled but I didn't expect to be treated like she's doing me a favor to be there. Very unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. Being a person that does not like to see a Dr unless I really have to, she gives me a valid reason to not see a Dr!

Don't go to her if you're looking to be coddled. She is efficient and no-nonsense, and she'll tell you like it is.

Please, DO NOT go to this doctor! I listed this doctor as my primary care physician because she was close to me. My first visit with her was a routine checkup and she was very short and rude. I thought she must be having a bad day and just wrote it off.Some time later, I became really ill and had to go to the ER. When I didn't get better 2 days later, I called Dr. Konow and let her know my symptoms had gotten worse. We scheduled an appointment for later that day. I arrived 10 minutes late and was told that she was late for a lunch engagement and that she would not be seeing me. When I pointed out that I was only 10 minutes late and surely my evaluation would have lasted longer than 10 minutes, she said, "10 minutes for an appt is more than generous considering St. Judes and other similar facilities only see patients for 6 minutes." She accused me of wasting her time and that there was nothing she could do for me. I left the office still sick, but ultimately grateful that I didn't get… stuck being evaluated by such a horrible doctor.

one of the worst dr's I've ever visited. No manners at all it seems as if she seeing me for free when she is being paid how would she react when asked to volunteer....you can only imagine. If you can avoid going to her otherwise you will regret:(
