The most difficult thing I be ever had to do was to find an Urologist, that I feel comfortable with. I just had surgery this afternoon, I feel amazingly well, the doctor is extremely professional, I Highly Recommend this Doctor.

It took one week after my initial call to get an appointment and I had to make a second call to get it. The phones ring off the hook before they answer. The staff needs to have more courtesy and professionalism.

Dr. Tirado is competent but gruff. His staff is sometimes rude. The wait times can be over 1 hour.
