Dr. Ayman Alladawi, MD

Strongly advise against Allsafe Medical Group for gynecological care. See another medical group immediately. After years of being a patient, recent events and shocking negligence almost cost me my life. They're incompetent, unprofessional, and lack compassion. 1. Near-Fatal Negligence (Sepsis): Following a breast biopsy, I developed sepsis and was rushed to the ER, where I was told I nearly died. The practice dismissed my near-death experience, offering zero accountability or corrective action. 2. Communication Failures: Provider Joy Wells failed to relay a critical, life-threatening concern regarding my Polycythemia and the increased blood clot risk from birth control. This negligence caused months of pain. 3. Inaccurate Information: Ladan provided incorrect health advice. When I complained, I was told to "give her grace" because she was too busy to provide accurate information. This is unacceptable for patient safety. 4. Unprofessional Staff & Access: The office opens at 8 AM, but… their phone doesn't answer until 9 AM. Front desk staff were rude and lacked empathy when I was late due to an accident. Very helpful explaining and comfortable

I was referred to Dr Alladawi by my PCP. As I sit here writing my review, I've been on hold for 38 minutes & 17 seconds trying to get someone to answer my call... I picked up another line & press the option (calling from a physicians office) the phone rang 5 times then the line hung up!!! HELLO, anyone there? I'm taking my business somewhere else.... I don't have the luxury of time to hold 1 hour!

I changed doctors and let me tell you this was the best choice I ever made!! I am so happy with the doctor's attention, knowledge and the staff is so friendly! Looking forward to having my baby with Dr. Alladawi

My personal experience was not good. I was seen by 4 different doctors throughout my pregnancy to end up being delivered by another doctor I didn't even know. The wait time at the Downey office is always over an hour even with an appointment. The doctors are always in a hurry because they have a lot of patients. My only good experience was with the front desk staff. If you are looking for a one on one personal experience this is not the doctor to go with. Good luck!

Very unprofessional office from secretary to nurse very unprofessional. Front office staff rude and engaged in own conversation that is very unprofessional and would not be tolerated. Nurse is cold and rude and not terribly bright. Doctor was good and efficient. Would not return even though was told that to get results have to return. Please steer clear of this office.

I Love this doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Alladawi for three years now. He is a great doctor, he takes the time to talk to you, he made me feel comfortable asking him anything. He has deliverd one of my babies and I hope that he will deliver my next baby.

I would send all my family and friends to this office. Dr. Alladawi was honest and told me what I needed to do to help my problem. He is very caring. I hope to have him delivery all my babies

Dr. Alladawi might know me as the Trouble Maker, but his awesome. I had my doubts in the beggining because he looks young and might not show his knowledge through his young appearence but I'm greatful and thankful to have had him as my doctor.THANK YOU!!!
