Dr. Bahram Redjaee, MD

I was a patient for more than thirty years before I relocated to Florida. You can not ask for a more knowledgeable, caring physician than Dr. Redjaee. He is the best!

WIth just four conversations with Dr. Redjaee's front desk, I was ready to switch doctors. Extremely rude and very short. Absolutely no customer service etiquette over the phone and even threatening; when I called to let them know I would be a few minutes late, I was told that was fine but that I was the final appointment of the day. I then got a call back a minute later stating I "better" be there and not a minute later. After asking if I should put in another referral and wait another week over a few minutes or go somewhere else, I got a reluctant okay. Showed up about 10 minutes late and then ended up waiting 15 minutes anyways in their lobby.After the appointment I was on the fence about going to another provider. When I found one, I called the office asking to have my doctor order forwarded by fax to the new office. Despite it being a task that takes one minute, I received flack for wanting to switch and explained that it was solely dealing with their front desk that drove me… away. Rather than any effort to "help patients" as their signage states in their lobby, I was rudely hung up on. I believe the receptionist is married to the other doctor in the office and therefore will be there to stay. Overall, it wasn't worth the hour drive and its unfortunate if the staff treat all patients this way. Maybe on the two days I called were just a fluke.

Dr. Redjaee is easy to talk to, friendly and shows interest in your health problems. He takes the time to fully understand your health issues.
