Dr. De Gregorio was highly recommended to me, however, he was no longer accepting new patients at the time, so I was given another MD in the practice. More often than not, the wait time was very long (well over an hour). The waiting room is typically very overcrowded (even during the Pandemic!). On one instance, I noticed the patient who signed in just before me had the *same* appt time, with the *same* MD! Double-booked. No wonder the long waits. Recently, after some routine testing, I received "iffy" results. Very concerned, I called for clarification, left several messages, and never got a call back. Finally, after emailing, I got replies, but they were vague. Thankfully, I got favorable news (from, I believe, a staffer, not an MD or nurse). However, I found it unacceptable that the Dr or qualified assistant never took a moment to call me back to put my mind at ease and clarify my questions. The anxiety was terrible! I have since left this practice and moved on to another Cardiology… group. The difference is like night and day! You are greeted by professional staff, you are seen in a timely manner, the waiting room is bright and airy and not over-crowded, and the wonderful Cardiologist I have now, takes the time to discuss and clarify any questions. Note: Insist on getting a Calcium Score! It tipped me off to some "work to do" for my own heart health! The doc at the old place poo-poo'd it. Get ti done! On a more positive note, Dr. Cheema ("electrical") at the old practice was very caring and very helpful. And, since I never met Dr. De Gregorio specifically, I wish to note that I cannot comment on his care specifically. But I came away (left) this practice because I felt I was not treated in a manner that I, and all patients, should be. Felt like patients treated like a herd of cattle.

Required visits are necessary to maintain good health

Went to this doctor for twelve years. Changed for the worst. Complained of chest pain and was not taken seriously. Two months before I received the right test. 86% blockage. Stent failed. Still didn't believe my symptoms. Had to go to different practice to get fixed.
