We have been a patient with Dr.Pucket for along time. Would highly recommend Ben to anyone. He always has a smile not in a hurry, professional ,gives honest feedback and listens to concerns. The front office gets a 5 for Customer Service as well.

First time with ‘Ben’ for shoulder Bursitis and there’s no doubt he knows how to hit the spot as evidenced from my wife who had Ben give her thumb injections which made her cry…and she knew that for 15 seconds of intense pain it was more than worth it for the relief that came 100% of the time. Now she can cross-stitch full time and had not been able to do anything (No Meals) involving her thumbs. Ben eventually had to do surgery on one thumb about 5 years ago and she never had another pain. She has her life back and I have my cook back ! Thank you Ben PS-Had been to at least 5 other orthopedic surgeons over 20 years and were lucky to get 50% results, Ben has a gift with the needle & the knife.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Puckett and immediately felt as if I had come to the right place! He has a great personality, was caring and patient with me, and is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things.
