Dr. Raines is very comprehensive and gave me the time and attention I needed to understand my condition. He understood my desire to seek further medical attention with a specialist and before the day was over called me and made that appointment for me. Highly recommend him.

What stood out most was how clearly he explained my condition and treatment options—breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. He walked me through a realistic recovery plan step by step and made sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Dr. Raines is an exceptional physician. He thoroughly explains all details of any test/xrays, his finding during examination and treatment plan/options. I was an administrator for Orthopedic practices for over 20 years, and his approach to and concern for his patients unparalleled. I have referred a few friends to him and they have all reported back with their utter delight and confidence with Dr Raines.

Dr. Raines was recommended to me by a co-worker whose spouse saw him after an emergency room visit. I must say the recommendation and the reviews I have read are all correct. On my first visit (only visit so far) this is how it went: 1st He looked over my previous X-rays, MRI CD and new X-rays prior to seeing me, 2nd he listened to my concerns, 3rd we discussed my previous treatments, 4th he explained my previous X-rays, MRI CD as compared to my new X-rays, 5th the examination was explained as to what was being looked for. 6th he discussed in detail what was creating my pain, 7th I was given my best options for treating conservatively to aggressively and 8th I was given the time for any questions or concerns. This is important and in today’s busy world sometimes it’s overlooked. In conclusion, I was able to make an “educated” decision that I am comfortable with. For this, I feel a 5 Star Rating is correctly given.
