Dr. Benjamin Eguono Wowo, MD

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter a month ago. Dr is only seeing patients via a video call software. After waiting over an hour, Dr was a no show. Office apparently does not know what happened nor the whereabouts of such MD. Level of professionalism is questionable. Why is our time not as important as theirs? Why is the communication with patient non existent? But asking for my copay not even knowing the MD will show up? Horrible experience, embarrassed for the Dr that referred me.

Is good about checking blood pressure and weight each visit, some communication barriers but overall a kind doctor that wants to help his patients. Office staff are nice. Con is only one doctor at this location so wait times can be long at times.

Trying to get help. Dr is not listening to me and working with me to find best solution possible. Very disappointed, I will give it one more go but I need help and someone that can work with me to get my medication adjusted so I don't spiral and loose hope. I was laughed at when bringing in different information from medical journals to try and discuss possible options for my treatment that are safe then some of these new meds that have extreme side effects. Most of the meds I have tried had greater negative impacts then not taking them and the only med that has helped during extreme anxiety the doctors wont prescibe.
