I was deeply disappointed by my experience. The clinic ran over an hour behind, offered no explanation, and handed me repetitive, poorly copied boilerplate forms. The staff asked generic, irrelevant questions and showed no awareness of the detailed referral materials I provided in advance. The doctor failed to meaningfully engage with my condition, defaulting to routine reflex tests and a cookie-cutter MRI order unrelated to my actual problem. I came seeking expert care for a complex, long-standing thoracic issue and left with no answers, no plan, and no confidence. It was an abject failure at every level.

Listened well. Took extensive x-rays. Couldn't help my situation but referred me to a specialist at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Picha performed surgery on my neck and lower back at Laser Spine Institute and did an excellent job. I was virtually pain free afterwards with no complications. I did find his bedside manner a little stand-offish and cold, but the amazing results I got from his surgical skills far outweigh any personality issue.

He listened to me when I expressed my symptoms, rerecomy MRI/X-ray results and completed a VERY thorough exam. He made a recommendation based on realistic goals and had a good bedside manner. He is authentic and to the point. He doesn't sugarcoat anything. I appreciate everything he did for me. I have had no negative effects from his treatment and have has positive results from the surgery he recmmended. So sad he left the Youngstown area. Thanks for all you did for me and will do for others.

Hi I'm sherry, I was having pain for almost a yr and a half, found out I had a herniated disc an bulging disc. After test, shots, therpy, I went to see dr picha, very knowledgeable man, very patient person, who answered "all" my questions. Scheduled surgery. Just today had my two week check up. He walked in my room, first question I asked is.....how does it feel to be amazing ? That's how I feel about him, my pain is gone, and I can't explain how it feels to not wake up I pain. I finally got my life back, and I can't praise him enough. So see dr picha and look no further. Thank you.
