Dr. Bradley Don Britton, MD

I was referred to Dr Britton for cataract surgery. I was evaluated by his partner Dr Henry at their office. Dr Henry was excellent. Later that day I went to the surgery center where I thought I would be evaluated by Dr Britton prior to Surgery. I sat in a preop Room for half an hour . Dr Britton finally came in and introduced himself told me this was a simple surgical procedure and I would be well taken care of. He stood the entire 30 to 45 seconds semi behind my right side so I never made eye contact and then he was gone. 30 to 45 seconds tops in my preop room! After another 20 minutes an aid came and took me to the O.R. My head was covered my eye sterilised then Britton came in .I could not see him but he briefly talked about certain things he was doing, then said he was done. I never saw the man again. He never came to discuss what he had just done what to expect etc, nothing! I literally semi saw this man for 30 to 45 seconds before surgery and never saw him again. This is… horrible patient care. Clearly the message he sent was This is a Cataract mill and I am only concerned about making money.
