The receptionist was hostile and aggressive directly to me . I thought they would get my medical insurance information from their records . My purse has been stolen . The receptionist said to me that she was billing me personally then let's at me saying I was late . I will not go back to Dr Scott's office. However I will give them some vital free advise . They shouldn't use people that are out rite violent . Also since they do have a high strung receptionist , they should give a thought to spending some money in her for crash courses on , well being canon aggressive to people

Inexperienced and non-communicative. Another reason to make the drive to DSM or Iowa City for ANY treatment.

Dr scott did an right elbow surgery on me and did a left total hip replacement he cares abut his patient and so does his staff since surgery I have been doing really good .I think dr scott and his staff are the best.
