Dr. Michael Scherb, MD

Butchered my mother's surgery after a horrific crush injury and then when she is still in horrible pain months later (which she still is communicating to him) he pulls all restrictions at work. Hard to ignore the obvious biased care women receive from him. Not to mention that his nurse accused my mother of being a drug seeker when she called and was begging for help because of this pain. Shame on you and a shame on Mercy Medical Center for having someone so negligent work for them.

It is now almost 3 weeks out from my total left hip replacement, and I am doing great! Dr. Scherb done a fantastic job, and I highly recommend him!!!!! His professionalism is suburb, and he listens intently and answers all my questions. Thank You Dr. Scherb!

Dr. Scherb is very personable. He showed my son and I compassion, answering our questions, reassuring our fears.

I have to tell ya. I have never been so disappointed in a Dr visit. I was in Extreme pain in my feet could hardly walk. He ordered xrays and then would not give me the cortisone shot I needed in my feet. He said it wouldn't solve the problem and he ordered a boot for me to wear at night. It did nothing to relieve my pain. My mom got me into her Dr after seeing the xrays he said I needed cortisone shots! That if I didn't get one it would cause long term problems.keep on mind every step I took was excrusating pain. I made a complaint to the office about this dr, not giving me what I needed they told me,"sometimes you have to hear things you don't want to hear."they said Dr schrueb doesn't believe in cortisone shots. Well had it not been for my mom's Dr I would not be walking without pain for the 4 months! I do not recommend this dr. I disagree with the fact he has compassion. He had none for my situation. If you have any questions about him I would be glad to share my experience with… him He collected a big office call visit, ordered x rays and a boot. I got no relief from this expensive visit. They would not even adjust the bill. I will share with everyone what kind of dr. He is...out.for the American dollar and NOT the patients pain.

Dr. Scherb explained the needed surgery thoroughly and listed my alternative choices and the outcome. I feel he was skilled,professional and I trusted his judgement.

Every appointment has been a good experience. I felt that the Dr. was on top of things with Haileigh's care. He made sure her healing process went as smooth as possible.

We really appreciate the care we received from Kim, the nurse, Dr. Scherb, but especially Deb Kriemeyer. Deb has been very helpful, kind, and gentle as we've dealt the broken arm and median nerve injury. I've also appreciated that when I've called in to ask a question, my call has been returned in a timely manner and have been given very helpful information.

I am very happy with my visit with Dr. Sherb. My treatment is ongoing but so far I think there is some improvement. All the staff are very helpful, kind and professional.

Dr. Scherb and his nurses were very nice and scheduled everything right then for my up coming knee replacement surgery. Dr. Scherb did my left knee 6 years ago and did a great job. I have recommended him to several people.
