Dr. Brandon James Kambach, MD

I was referred to Dr. Kambach by another JOI physician. Dr. Kambach reviewed my images, spent time with me discussing my diagnosis and first suggested a conservative treatment. When that didn’t achieve desired results, he performed surgery. Dr. Kambach is a skilled surgeon who has enabled me to be active and pain-free again. His PA Elizabeth is also wonderful and has such a reassuring presence. I’m forever grateful to them for restoring my quality of life.

The absolute worst medical experience ever. Terrible doctor who shows no evidence that he cares about patients at all. Over scheduled and arrogant. Don’t waste your health and sanity with this guy.

He likes to whisper behind your back with workers compensation nurse case managers, easily manipulated, and is the workers compensation little yes man.

Very poor doctor. Refused to provide proper treatment for back injury. His favorite saying is " there is nothing I can do". Refused to look at my second MRI. Released me and stated I did not need any treatment.Had to switch doctors to someone that cares about his patients. JOI should not employ him.

After receiving treatment from Southeast, I experienced a whole new world at JOI. Since being seen by Dr. Kambach at JOI, it is safe to say there is a reason people feel the way they do about Dr. Kambach. He is for one very knowledgeable. He does not come by his decisions easily in haste but takes his time to put all the components together. In addition, when you are with him as the patient, you feel you are the most important person in the room. I found him to be more than compassionate and explained himself in a fashion that could be easily followed. Although I was not thrilled with the outcome of my visit due to the diagnosis, I am completely comfortable in knowing it is the right diagnosis. I without hesitation would recommend him to anyone that has potential spine issues and is looking for an expert opinion and advise.

Dr Kambach spent more than enough time with me and answered all my questions.

I saw Dr.Kambach he sent me to another DR in the practice Dr Savarese for spinal injections to see if the pain could be lessened Dr. Savearese (wonderful Dr by the way) unfortunately was not able to help me after trying for months. He sent me back to Dr. Kambach where I am now waiting for 2 months to get in to see him again. The pain is unbearable and pain pills just mask the pain. He did not take me seriously last time I went in , what makes me think he will this time. One last time and I will be heading to Heekin.

Dr. Kambach is an incredible surgeon with a calm and reassuring bedside manner. He successfully performed my Laminotomy and Discectomy to relieve debilitating pain and a crooked gait. Thanks to his amazing skill I am now pain free, active and feel years younger. I must also point out that his P.A. Elizabeth is not only highly competent, but is a very warm and caring person. She had a very positive impact on my recovery. I can't say enough about what an excellent surgeon Dr. Kampach is and how much I appreciate what he and Elizabeth did for me. I highly recommend them.

I had pain going down my leg for three years and was going to pain management till I just couldn't take it any more. He performed the surgery and all the leg pain was gone. I wish I had gone to him sooner.
