This is like most visits which was excellent. The staff is always very efficient and professional in the actual injection, which is always the most difficult part has become almost painless. My results are apparently very good as I am able to wait a long time between visits.

I had a full eye exam to check for retina tears which is not usually a very pleasant experience but Dr. Norman was so kind and gentle and knowledgeable. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience.. He has a great demeanor and a lovely bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Norman to anyone looking for a specialist..

Dr Norman and his staff are professional, knowledge and efficient. I have full confidence going into my appointments that I will be in good hands and be treated very carefully by Dr Norman when he delivers the eye injections. I am grateful to be a patient under his care.

Well run practice and freindly staff. I do not stress over my eye injection as he is very careful with the preparation. Anything less than a 5 is an insult.

I have been going to Dr. Norman for several years and he is a rare, old school practitioner who takes time to explain to me all of the ramifications of my conditions, patiently answers my questions and doesn't try to sell me anything. And if he gets behind it's because he is like that with everyone...including you.

I like it very much , very friendly , care and knows his works

The wait is too long, don’t matter if you are on time or early, still have to waiting at least 1-2 hours before you can be seen by Dr Norman. The staffs are even worst, they are rude and criticizing, do not respect patients. All of them need to have manners training. Even though I’ve gotten 2 laser treatments from Dr Norman, but I am not going back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Long waits but worth it for quality of care.
