Dr. Bret O Neil Baynham, MD

Dr. Baynham is wonderful, his office staff is horrendous. Good luck making an appointment and with billing and coding of the proper procedures, make sure to verify all details, including procedure codes prior to surgery because the staff is rude, careless and has no business dealing with pediatric patients or their parents. One of Dr. Baynham 's employees was being fired over a significant error made on my son's Dx prior to surgery-twice. Thank goodness Dr. Baynham knows what's happening. Scheduling an appointment is a small miracle and if you give any guff about not wanting to see the NP, only dr. You will be told you have an "attitude" and a potential argument may ensue. Not sure who hired that girl named Kristy or something but she has no business working with the public. Workflow is a disaster and apparently you need a special direct number to make a follow up surgical appt or you will be transferred multiple times and left on hold for 20 min, just to make an appt, then… cross your fingers that they can count weeks or follow directions. Dr. Baynham deserves better staff but more importantly, so do his patients.

Dr. Banyham did an amazing job, however from lost appointment schedules to 5 month overdue refunds for over payment, I can say nothing good about the administration side of this office. Dr. Banyham, you deserve a better staff and accounting dept.

I met Dr Baynham when my father was in the trauma unit after a private airplane crash. My dad required surgery since he obtained multiple vertebral fractures. Dr Baynham was confident and extremely empathetic as well as calming. He took time to explain the injuries and surgery my dad required. Thankfully, the doctor never seemed rushed and always willing to talk. His calmness made us feel more at ease in the trauma unit. My dad did well in surgery and experienced no complications or infections.

Dr. Baynham is an excellent Doctor, he spends more then enough time with me and explains every thing in detail.If I did not trust him so much as my Dr. I probably would go some where else for my care because it seems impossible to get thru to his office staff. My messages went unanswered, so did emails, it is hard for me send anyone to him knowing that staff is so poor.

Doctor was nice and did a great job with my son and his needs. Staff is a whole other story. Front desk & billing were rude had no compassion demanded our balance for the surgery (which we were unaware there ever was a balance till we had his follow up visit scheduled) be paid at least by 50% to even see the Dr postoperatively.

Thank goodness we found Dr. Baynham he treated my son fantastic and helped him to understand his injury without making him feel like he was making it up. He spoke directly to my son and encouraged him to ask questions and be a part of his recovery. Thank you!!!
