Dr Brian Brunelli, MD

I will start by saying I have never written a negative review of any doctor before. However, after my daughter’s visit to see Dr. Brunelli I feel compelled to post. About 4 months ago my daughter started experiencing tingling and numbness in her arm, then it moved to her leg, making it difficult to walk. At this point we saw Dr. Brunelli who felt certain it would go away on its own and was caused by stress. I asked for an MRI , he refused to order it. I asked for a referral to Stanford for a second opinion. His answer was “ok but I know I’m right”. Stanford denied the referral based on his diagnostic codes. My daughter’s symptoms are now worse. She is having trouble talking, swallowing and chewing. I cannot express my level of disappointment and frustration. He sabotaged our ability to be seen at Stanford. And slowed the process of finding out what is going on exponentially. I would never ever recommend this doctor to anyone.

I am very grateful for Dr. Brunelli. I have had migraines since I was a teenager and we had to play the try every medication out there game thanks to the insurance company. However, eventually, we made it to Botox and it has done wonders for me. I work with a lot of doctors and I have never found him to be uncaring.

Dr. Brunelli cured my son's migraine headaches! He seemed to take great care and interest in how he was coming along. Occasionally his original recommendation wasn't the same as what we wanted. He always listened and arranged that we should do things the way that we preferred.

Seems nice until he wins your confidence. Then he becomes condescending, rude, arrogant, insensitive and dispassionate about patient well-being. Lets patients suffer unresolved neurological conditions and fails to seek causes.

In my experience, this doctor does not care about his patients at all.
