Dr. Brian Edward Duff, MD

I was referred to Dr. Duff when my previous ENT doctor was retiring. I suffer from constant ear infections monthly. Dr. Duff and his staff have been amazing at helping me keep the infections at bay. If my ear is infected the office staff always finds a way to fit me in (on waterman st.) I highly recommend Dr. Duff to anyone child, adult and the elderly if in need of a fabulous ENT.

Lousy office staff, not to mention policy regarding the insurance scam they have. My insurance covers hearing aid, up to a certain amount. Since it's not enough for this office, and they choose not adjust the crazy prices they charge for hearing aids, they don't want to issue you a hearing aid... But they fail to disclose this, at the time you make the appointment. So, they are happy to waste your time, so they can bill an office visit, a hearing test, and such-- but when it comes time to get you the hearing aid-- they tell you to go somewhere else!! Poor business practice!!! Stay away from this clinic... go anywhere else!!

Dr. Duff diagnoned me with Meniers Disease. I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. His secretary is wonderful, patients and so professional. I was throughly tested by his staff who were not only professional and put you completely at ease. They answered any questions, made sure you were at ease and, like Dr.Duff's secretary had the patience of a saint. Dr. Duff is caring, misses nothing, the man is brilliant and patient...he's just wonderful and I would urge anyone with an ENT problem to see him. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff.
