Dr Brian Fingado provided the highest outstanding Professional Orthopedic care, treatment and personal attention experienced by my wife o her first wrist fracture consultation. The detailed radiograph analysis, explanations and options for treatment for healing was very impressive. Dr Fingado is kind, gentle and patient. The five star rating also includes the awesome staff, from Adam who performed the cast on the left wrist and forearm, to the Nurse from Trinidad, the friendly reception ladies and the respectful attitude shown to us. There was zero wait time with call-in from the waiting room on the minute of the appointment, once first time new patient the paperwork was submitted. Without doubt, this is n extremely busy Orthopedic hospital, that runs smoothly due to the efficient and well coordinated staff. All kudos to a Par excellence Holy Cross Medical Group.

Dr. Fingado listens to his patients to help provide the best and most accurate medical care. I never felt rushed during a visit and he carefully explained the problems I had and how to best treat the situation. He also recommended alternatives to the way I was excercising to prevent future injuries..

I waited 1 1/4 hours to be greeted by Barbara who had a scowl on her face and I asked having a bad day? She said no... I said well I waited over an hour. She said well the X-ray machines were on the blink, I said well it would be nice to know, she said she told the front desk that if I we t up to ask they would have told me, they weren't going to announce it??? The nurse that took my BP was so sweet Janice, I told her, and she said... Yes I hear that a lot... The doctor is wonderful if you can get through the unhappy people that work there... The X-ray technician, the front desk... I guess it becomes acceptable behavior... No one wants to take a stand on good customer service

Dr Fingado is a class person and the best hand specialist who has ever treated my chronic issues. Also, so very willing to explain and demonstrate everything you want to know about caring for yourself.

Dr Fingado and his staff are extremely courteous, kind, and he has always been successful in helping me with the problem once identified. He is quick on diagnosis and treatment, and has a very personable bedside manner. I highly recommend him for any hand/upper arm issues you may be having.

Dr.Fingado is an excellent surgeon,along with his associate Dr.Jose Jackson, they treated me for a servere MSR's {a staff infection} in my wrist. I went thru a lot of procedures for 6 months. His knowledge, bedside manner and caring gave me a lot of strength to go thru this infection.At times they arranged to see me jointly. Both of these Doctor's are the most caring, compassionate Doctors that I have encounted. Along with there office Staffs'deserve acknowledgement from the Aministration of Holy Cross Hospital.

wait time exceeded 1 hour all 3 times waiting room very crowded and loaded with people on their way to the grave...staff very snippy and unfriendly..office does not answer phone or returns calls..only after asking for a supervisor

I would highly recommend this doctor and I have to several friends with hand issues. He is a gentle, caring, patient doctor that really cares.
