WAS SEEN BY DOCTOR FOR AN INJECTION OF RIGHT SHOULDER PAIN ROTATOR CUFF. MY PAIN LEVEL WAS 10. AFTER INJECTION GIVEN, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED PAIN WAS DOWN TO 2 AND DECREASED THE SAME DAY. I HAVE LIMITED USE OF MY ARM, AND WILL FOLLOW ORDERS GIVEN. HE IS AN EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL DOCTOR.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had no bedside manner no compassion no time awful experience

After two years of chiropractic therapy twice a week, it was time to remove the temporary bandaid and choose the path of surgery. Brian Maiocco was highly recommended by a well-known attorney in the area, and with much research on my part that I was lead to do, I couldn't agree more with the referral. Dr. Maiocco and his staff, including the other in-office staff of other doctors, were always pleasant, kind, empathetic, gentle in procedures, patient and most of all, they LISTENED... like actual listening skills. When reviewing of treatment was needed, all options were discussed with an open door to call back with any further questions. In the end, the final decision of which path to utulize for treatment, was my choice. There was no pressure, no sales, only options of recommended treatment for which I was given the choice to choose. Not only did Dr. Maiocco and his staff go above and beyond meeting my needs as a patient (and not a number as most doctors see their patients as) I… am telling anyone who reads this, I really believe the Lord guides his hands in surgery. I was expected and again with research to not walk on my own for atleast 3 days, with the most 2 weeks as being the worst case. I was able to walk on my own that evening, 5 hours after surgery, AND, further cleaning of my hips tissue (the injured area) had to be removed then what was expected. I was shocked being able to walk that soon! Prior to surgery, I had to recieve an injection in my hip joint for an x-ray by a Doctor at Rose Radiology. The doctor at Rose Radiology left me traumatized. This x-ray and diagnosis lead me to the chiropractic therapy. When I established myself with Dr. Maiocco and he needed me to have an updated xray, I was so scared that the same injection would be just like the one at Rose Radiology, but it wasn't. I was in tears when Dr. Maiocco began the x-ray process, and by the end, I was shocked and laughing because of his gentle hands and technique used -- totally different experience and I knew at that moment I was truly being taken care of. My experience with Dr. Maiocco has no complaints. The complaints I do have are those about myself: wishing I would have known a long time ago before my injury to have been doing increased amounts of muscle building, because strength of the muscles help support all joints with quicker and easier recoveries. Today, I am still trying to increase my muscle strength to further alleviate reoccurring inflammation -- over time, the increase in strength and muscle is proving to show less frequent flare-ups of inflammation. I have also made a life change in my eating habits and try to eat as organically as possible with few ingredients and this too has shown to decrease inflammation flare-ups. I hoped this helped all who are looking for a great doctor and team.

He tried to bully me into getting a more expensive and not necessary procedure. When I resisted instead of discussing different options he nearly blew up and told me to go to a different doctor.

Just went through Hip Arthroscopy with Dr Brian Maiocco as my surgeon. I have to tell you, I'm no fan of hospitals, Anethesia, or surgery in general. But I never felt like running out of the door, never felt uneasy. Dr Maiocco has a way about him that puts you at ease. This is very important to me. Surgery went great, saw the Doc, pre-op as well as post-op. Most important, the pain that I was going through in my hip is gone. Can't say enough good things about this doctor. I reccommend him to anyone having hip issues. He's the best!

This Doctor was amazing I had a left knee scope done to fix a posterior horn medial meniscus tear. I went to a different doctor due to it was under workers compensation choice he didn't help me one bit. I asked for a second opinion and that's when I seen Brian Maiocco was in his office about ten to twenty minutes and had all the answers I needed. Within two weeks had the surgery now in recovery from it. He provided everything I needed for my recovery. He even gives His patients flowers before he even does the surgery his staff was very nice and made it so you had nothing to worry about. After surgery he talks to you before you leave great bedside manners. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone he was a great doctor! Dr. Maiocco is a very patient Dr. he listens and understands where the patient is coming from and works with them.I had ankle surgery and was the best experience for surgery that I have experienced. Healing process went very smooth and quick.
