Dr. Bruce Donald Barton, MD

I went for an EMG test to his office. I found him to very nice. He was caring during the test. Would recommend him.

Dr. Barton has been a wonderful physician I have been seeing for over 10 years. Scheduling appt. can be challenging, but very little wait time and spends time explaining everything. He nor his staff put up with difficult patients.

Hope you won't need a refill right away. Can't stop drug suddenly and they won't call In a Refill for 2 weeks worth until I can get in office. after 22 years of taking non narcotic drug. Dangerous.

Dr .Barton was amazing !!!!! and his staff " THE BEST" they make you feel like family !!!!

Dr Barton is phenomenal. He is so thorough that before he will put me on steroids he has referred me to the Cleveland Clinic for a confirmation of my diagnosis. This is the first doctor of many I see that doesn't think that he is God. Very refreshing. The office staff is tough, but be on everyone's good side and you feel like family. I look forward to spending time there.

Forget about calling the main office number. Even my insurance company gets a recording. However, I found another number where they answer the phone. Dr. B is nice, and answers my questions. Iliana of his office staff is nice and polite, with good customer service skills. With Marlene there, I may choose another doctor. She seems like she doesn't want to be there. Both her phone skills and in-person skills leave a LOT to be desired. It's really in her tone of voice. Not good.

I have seen Dr. Barton many times over the past 7 years. He has always been on point with his diagnosis and treatment. I needed surgery and he directed me in the right direction. He has always been very personable when I've come in and his staff very friendly to me.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. ALSO NOT A GOOD DIAGNOSTICIAN.

This office staff is not responsive to patient requests. I called their office repeated over 3 days and only got voice mail. No one returned a call. I had to finally go in person, and not only was the staff rude, the doctor was also. He defended his staff and they said I was rude. I have been suffering for days. All other doctor offices I deal with returns phone calls the same day. This office never answers a call, everything goes to voice mail. Looking for a new doctor
