Dr. Bryan James Moore, MD

Dr. Bryan Moore is a neurologist who brings 16 years of experience to his practice in Santa Barbara. He completed his medical education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and went on to complete his residency training at New York University Medical Center. His extensive background in neurology positions him to address complex neurological conditions with expertise gained over more than a decade and a half of clinical practice.

Dr. Moore is affiliated with NYU Tisch Hospital and practices at multiple locations throughout Santa Barbara, California. His clinical focus includes treating patients with altered consciousness levels and cerebrovascular accidents, commonly known as strokes. He specializes in recognizing BE FAST stroke symptoms, which helps ensure rapid identification and treatment of stroke patients. Dr. Moore also performs therapeutic hypothermia procedures and provides emergency neurological care when patients need immediate attention.
