Dr. Carolyn Field Mischer

AS a patient of Dr. Mischer since the mid 80s I have received nothing but superb health care. Her pre and post surgery (laser turbinate resection) care was wonderful on many levels, medically and personally. I have sen her many times for my chronic sinusitis, and she is always efficient, thorough and kind.

Not very thorough, and the clinic is a mess.

I have numerous health issues (cancer, a diabetic type condition, allergies, etc) and have needed Dr Mischer's help fairly often over the years-- even when she used to be in private practice in San Carlos.I have always found her to be honest, exceptionally kind, a good listener, and a very thorough doctor with excellent skills.She has helped me successfully battle chronic, and painful infections when other doctors gave up, or were afraid to try for fear of getting sued. I have since sent my own family and friends to her.My mother was a post surgical (hospital) nurse for 35 years, and found that Dr Mischer's patients did very well and were overwhelmingly very happy with their care. She took my Dad to Dr Mischer, and recommended her office to me.I don't doubt that every Dr has some patients that end up mad or unhappy, even when the issue is in reality a misunderstanding, honest mistake, or a problem with transcription from data and/or billing services. But, I can truly say that you if… talk to enough patients of Dr Mischer, that you'll most likely find that they like her very much.
