Dr. Casimiro Gonzalez, MD

First time visit took my mom here and the experience was awful. Appointment was at 3pm she wasn't seen until about two hours later. Only to received the worst treatment/bedside manners by this unprofessional and unethical MD who lacks empathy towards elderly patients with Parkinson's disease. I clearly provided her medical history in the new patient care package they asked to be filled out and I did state that she has Parkinson's. The staff failed to put that information in the computer for him to see but that is no excuse as to why he put his hand on my mothers head rudely and rough because she couldn't stay still while he was trying to examine her eyes. In spanish he told her as he grabbed her by the top of her head saying dije no the muevas in a very stern and forceful voice. He then asked if there were any questions and stated he would prescribe some eye drops. He then turns to me and gives me the clipboard and says in the same tone of voice take this to the front as if I was one… of his employees. Didn't even bother to say please or can you please give this to the receptionist. In my experience working in the medical field I've never seen a patient get treated how my mom was treated today. The office is dirty the walls look like they don't get cleaned the patient restroom smelled like urine and didn't even have the proper supplies. I then asked to speak to the office manager. She took me in her office and apologized on his behalf that it had been a long busy day for him. That is no excuse or give him the right to treat any patient the way he did to my mother today. My mom is a 78yr old woman who didn't deserve to be treated like this by him or anyone. Definitely not going back there and I feel horrible for any patient that has maybe experience his unprofessionalism and doesn't speak up of have anyone to speak for them.

Excelente staff very helpful, Dr Casimiro is very goo “ if expect miracles this is not the place” remember that all surgeries have risks and not guarantee 100%, he perform on both eyes can complain one heal faster than the other but coming along

LONG WAIT TIME WITH AN APPT. HE DIDNT SEEM TO TAKE ME SERIOUS?

This doctor and his staff is the worse I know, no body put attention, giving appointments but don't attended until they wanted, don't tell nothing about results, long time waiting, no respect , very bad doctor, no recommended

I did left eye ptosis surgery and I didn't see the result. When I talk with the doctor about my appeal he told me you didn't see the result I see it and turn off the phone. Only doctor want is money he didn't care what happen after surgery.
